Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 Goal.  So please, BEFORE purchasing anything off Techbot Customs website, make sure you watch a few videos and/or joined our FB group, and have full comprehension on what you're purchasing.  Due to the nature of these products being Custom, All Sales are Final, no refunds can be made once the order is processed. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing, within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after evidence or the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined the order was used, misused, or mishandle by the buyer.  Techbot Customs will not refund any money for orders that were cancelled after they've been processed and or shipped.  Artwork fees are most times seperate, and sometimes included in the cost of some products.  Artwork fees are always non refundable if any work is performed on behalf of the customer.  If a refund is requested before processing an order, a partial refund will reflect the bulk of money spent, minus artwork fees.
