Shipping policy

Processing orders normally take 2-3 days for quick turnaround items.  Custom Orders for apparel & print services can take longer depending on the volume needed.  You can call & ask for estimated turnaround times orders are needed fast.  Orders can process faster, in those situations if available you can pay a RUSH FEE normally $10 per shirt for custom apparel & $20 RUSH SAME DAY PRINTS on DTF Transfers, but to be safe, expect 2-3 days before it ships.  Packing slips could be created days before the order is actually scanned for delivery.  You will also receive an email with a tracking number that is not active yet.  Once orders are packaged and labeled, we take them to the USPS for shipping.  Sometimes orders won't get scanned until delivered to it's destination.  In those situations be patient & call the Post Office for information.  99% of the time everything arrives as scheduled without issue.

Custom Cut & Sewn Apparel normally has a 3-4 weeks turnaround because the nature of the process used in creating.  Everything is made from scratch, by hand, and the wait list is long.  Be patient, you'll love the finished results.

Shipping to recipient depends on location in the United States. We ship from Chicago, check diagram below for details.  Normally shipments take 2-5 days.  Once the post office scans the parcels then the tracking numbers become ACTIVE, that's when progress can be checked on the USPS website.
